WOW! It took a long time to load but I'm in the room right now! There's only like 3 people there, but the action is fantastic!
I don't want to spoil it for the rest of you. Just remember that even though it is a very long load, it is well worth the wait! Don't give up on this game! Keep refreshing if it doesnt load all the way.

I found several glitches. After I got the e-mail about stickers, it stopped letting me review stuff, and it only says "21 cool points" when I leave reviews. There's also a glitch that only shows two of your three favorite movies, repeating one of them twice. Nothing big, just would be nice to fix them.
Not the worst
For a comic book, it was decent. A little bit funny but didn't make much sense. Personally I would like to see some more amazing animation from you.
Funny thing is, I thought at the part where it said "tap tap" that it said "fap fap." Now that would've been comedy.
Fantastic game
It had everything. So much gameplay, such amazing graphics, incredible music and sounds, good story, funny ending, EVERYTHING. This was the ultimate flash, and could've easily gotten a 10 in all categories if it weren't a little too easy. The style was also a little reminiscent of Dan Paladin, but that's not a bad thing. GREAT game, favorite one I've played on NG.
OMG
I liked it a little as a game. Not as fun as the real thing, but still takes up a fair amount of my time. Played it for about a half an hour.
BUT the reason I gave it a good score was because you used a remix of the mario song from the GAMEBOY! XD One of my favorite video games of all time.
How dynamic!
What a great creative idea this flash was. I was having a blast just making different music by putting the different tracks on and off. Great music, decent animation, awesome concept, everything. applaud you for this submission. I hope you make more similar things in the future.

I loved it A more complex kitten cannon. It could've been better if you added music. It is fantastic how it is though, I think this will make the front page. Awesome flash man.

I have suggestions for you
I thought it was relatively nice looking, probably perfect for what you were assigned and you probably got a good grade on it. But one big suggestion is when you use shape tweens, you can make them look seemless using anchor points or "shape hints." I guess I'll walk you through it here.
First, make your shape tween. If it looks all wierd and distorted like you flash does here, click the first keyframe of the tween. Create a shape hint by pressing ctrl-shift-h. Pull the shape hint to a corner of the object and then make another one. Keep pulling all of the shape hints you make to different corners. Then click on the last keyframe of your shape tween. Move all the hints of the same letters toward similar points as the corners of the first keyframe's object. Then see if it looks good. If it still looks crappy, mess around with the placement of the points until you get it right. Well if you need any help just IM me or e-mail me, both are in my profile.
Very nice, excellent job
This flash was excellent. I've never played the original, but this, as a standalone game, is truly great. The perfect asteroids style shooter. I'm sure its a faithful recreation of the original.
On a related note, I believe flash player 8 is currently named Maelstrom. Interesting, huh.
