i thought i left a review on this already. whatever, i'll reemphasize what an unbelievable and inspirational flash this is, despite its score and views. i nominate for most unerrated flash on NG every year and so do many other people. never seems to catch anyone's attention. its a damn shame because this flash is one of the very best this site has to offer. i mean its just so fuckin enjoyable to watch, i dont even care when it loops back to the beginning i just keep watching it

this had a very eerie and strange vibe to it. i tend to love flashes like that, anything that is so strange it arouses indescribable feelings. obviously not a lot of work put into this but also obvious that you have the potential to make some amazing stuff. do more experimental stuff, its excellent. nice work

the voicemail was fuckin hilarious. the animation, nicely done especially for stick figures, good emotion in the characters. but honestly the joke at the end just wasn't funny and kinda ruined it for me. a little too short too. nice work though hahaha rumblemunky i love you for leaving that message

this is the best flash thats been submitted today fuck dt400!
the funniest part was how extremely accurate it was, from me being a faggot and posting on the forums to the 4 hours left before it was due. only inaccuracy was i got an A- so FUCK YOU
Author's Response:
Oh A- that's a very good job
Maybe you should all let us have a read sometime or something

hey buddy where ya been? good to see you're back making flash movies.
you did a nice job with this one. short, simple yet effective, nice smooth graphics. overall fine work. you've got a lot of talent.
its a shame dailytoons are over, you were one of the best artists who ever contributed to them. the SS is still around just not making flash. none of us fuck with this site anymore either. you should sign up again!
Author's Response:
Every time I sign up for the Star Syndicate I always end up getting deleted. After the last time I just got too lazy to sign up. I wonder if you still make people draw p3nises to join still. I already drew one last time, I don't want to do that again.

i honestly don't know why the admins haven't deleted this series yet. there are two rules in the portal guidelines that seem like they should prohibit this type of flash.
the first one:
# Do not submit crap entries with the intent to give users "free blam points."
this rule should also apply to submitting crappy entries to give users "free protection points"
# Do not re-submit your entry after it has been BLAMMED without making noticeable improvements. It will be flagged!
this rule should also apply to resubmitting entries that have already passed without making noticeable improvements.
why those rules only apply to blamming is beyond me. the point is the admins should take action against this series. its nothing but a cancerous tumor on the portal's ass making the judgment system less and less effective the longer it exists.
Author's Response:
This hasn't been deleted because it doesn't break any rules. Get over it.
These aren't submitted with the intention of giving users free protection points. They are submitted because a lot of people wish them to be.
If you want it to be a rule that submissions which the author expects to pass shouldn't be allowed on the site then not only would these have to be deleted, but the vast majority of the content on this site would have to be deleted including flashes by the likes of Adam Phillips, Michael Swain etc.
I have never submitted this flash before, so even if the second was a rule this flash wouldn't meet the grounds for deletion.

what the fuck is wrong with newgrounds? this deserved a 3.5 at the very least. nicely done guys. well done FBF, quirky dialog, strange and hypnotic effects, and a nice cameo appearance at the end there

a truly mesmerizing visual landscape you created here. badly underappreciated. this sort of thing would be perfect for that experimental series ive been talking about. if only i had the time to make it :(
the amount of views and the score of this flash just shows how underappreciated the most original and creative people on this site are.
Author's Response:
for the time I put into it im not too fussed about the views/,,
did you ever find a name for that series?

it was pretty good. there was some nice freestyle animating and stream of consciousness stuff going on there. the FBF ranged from decent to extremely high quality. i think all the artists did a great job of matching up their parts, probably because of the "anijam" format of having one artist animate from the last frame of the artist who came before them. yeah this wasn't like most collabs where artists will sort of hijack the collab using their own drawing style, it remained pretty consistent throughout. if the names hadn't popped up i would've figured it was all by the same animator.
as for negatives, the storyline wasn't coherent at all. could've been more compelling for sure. there really wasn't any narrative at all, it just sort of flowed from one to the other like it didn't know where it was going.
this style of collab has a lot of potential though. if you can get this many good animators all doing the exact same style, you could potentially have an ultra-collab. the best script writers, audio portal musicians, and animators would all work together to make something amazing. shit, next thing you know we'll be making TV shows
