this is so much fun to watch, the animation is very lively and fast paced. timed to the music perfectly. i wholeheartedly agree with everyone who said this version of the song is better than the real version. great choice of music and smart choice speeding it up like that, it gives the song a whole different mood. your colors were very vibrant and matched the feeling of the song very well. i cant find much wrong with this, and i usually am able to find something. awesome work

found it highly enjoyable and stylish. the animation, especially the frame by frame, was especially smooth, and i loved the video masking effects, overlays, and city backgrounds... nice photographs and great composition. my biggest criticism is that sometimes you can be too heavy on the effects, especially that film warping effect. it distracted me from your beautiful drawings. also, the camera movement was not smooth at all, you could have eased the motion a little more. but great work really, cant believe how low the score is

nice short. good choice of editing and music, and the style was pretty. i would have liked the characters a lot more though if i could see them more clearly. color those drawings in with an 80% alpha white or something and it would look perfect. the background also could have been spruced up a little bit but overall it was a nice music video

first off let me just say this, by far the biggest negative of your whole flash was your sound design. it was beyond abysmal. do us all a favor. take all of the sounds out of the flash, compile them in audacity, and fucking BRING DOWN THE VOLUME. jesus fuck my eardrums. you would have gone from a 3/10 to a 6/10 for this step alone.

second, your disclaimer defeats your flashes purpose. never make excuses for what you do, just do it. otherwise, you look like a pussy. instead of saying "hey dont worry guys its all just a joke im not being serious i actually like what im making fun of," say "i made this because it reflects my honest opinions. if you dont like it, suck my dick." trust me, the second way will get you MUCH funnier reviews.

third, this exact flash has been done so so many times. NG satire is extremely common. all ng fads die? flash comedy extravaganza? how 2 succeed on newgrounds? metal gear funnies? all pretty much the exact same thing as this. you even used a few of the exact same jokes, whether you meant to or not.

so good intentions, but if you're doing a satire, make it meaningful, make it biting and sarcastic, and most of all make it original... dont touch on points that have been rehashed a thousand times. otherwise, your words will fall on deaf ears. how many 10/10 reviews do you think are being written by actual fans of the cartoons you're criticizing? a lot. that means your message isnt coming through.

"lovely trilogy"

this, i thought, was the best of the three parts. the first one was the funniest but lacked coherence. the second one was delightfully demented but didnt pack an emotional punch. this one was not only wonderfully subversive and fun to watch, but it was also pretty deep. dictator alfred's monologue was better than half the dialog i see in hollywood movies.

once again, keep up the insanely creative and inventive work

this was really something else. it was like a mixture of pure unbridled internet spam, ren and stimpy, stanley kubrick, and citizen kane. but i feel stupid comparing this to anything because its one of the only flashes ive ever seen where the word "unique" actually applies. its truly one of a kind. its almost got a high art feel to it, believe it or not. despite the "youtube poop" sort of effect which im not usually a big fan of, there's clearly an underlying method to your madness.

the interplay of alfred's fantasy world and reality was really skillfully crafted and i give you huge props for making me feel overwhelmingly creeped out by this effect. the sound design was also amazing, and i loved alfred's voice and the way it was used.

you are completely insane emily, but i think you're a total fucking genius. this flash is a masterpiece

all i can say is... unbelievably scary. great work, i practically pissed myself

i wanted to laugh but i couldnt. sheer terror is the only word i have to describe this flash. im afraid to click again even though i want to. it was a really unique and interesting piece

i dont think there was much hidden point to it (though i could be wrong) but in terms of atmosphere, it will haunt my dreams. that's a plus in my book! and like the reviewer below said, you did capture the sheer annoyance of unsupervised children in the toy aisle at the supermarket. then you took it to another level of creepiness with the glue and the blood. marvelous, fitting drawings, brilliant use of frame by frame which almost made it look like stop motion. the sound... oh god the sound was absolutely chilling to the bone. absolutely CHILLING

i want to watch the rest of your work. i want more of this really bad. please make it even fuckin crazier. i adore the originality it takes to do something this out there

its kind of obvious what you were going for here guys, and thats not a good thing. you were trying to bash videogame flashes by making a parody about them. problem is, half the jokes were horrifically unfunny, and the other half were taken straight from metal gear funnies. you guys have no sense of subtlety, and i think you may even be confusing satire and parody

the problem is not that you guys are dissatisfied with the way this site is going, we all are. i suppose its a well intentioned flash. but adding shit on top of shit won't solve anything. this flash is no better than a parody.
